Maturity before promises

Beta and Preview products use controlled onboarding. Planned items stay unavailable until their implementation and operating evidence are complete.

    Controlled, quote-first onboarding while provisioning, recovery, isolation, and support boundaries are validated with selected workloads.

    cPanel migration path

    A cPanel-first discovery, dry-run, cutover, validation, and rollback path using controlled environments that UHL already operates.

    Plesk migration path

    A Plesk migration path planned after the cPanel contract and rehearsal pattern are proven. It is not currently available.

Major changelog

Material improvements, not commit noise

Only customer-facing capabilities, maturity changes, and substantial experience improvements appear here.

  1. Product maturity is explicit across the storefront

    Managed WordPress is consistently marked Beta and Managed Medusa is marked Preview wherever the products appear.

  2. Official TLD artwork is served locally

    Registry and operator artwork for the supported TLD pages is stored with provenance and served directly by UHL Hosting.

  3. Company website visual system refreshed

    The public site now uses a consistent responsive hierarchy, native Medusa icons, local fonts, and local visual assets.

  4. Platform foundation upgraded to Medusa 2.18

    The Omnis backend, storefront integrations, and UHL plugins now share the coordinated Medusa 2.18 platform baseline.

  5. Unified hosting catalog with add-on configuration

    The store page now lists every product on one page, add-ons appear only as configuration options on hosting product pages, and customers can add them to cart with the parent plan. Admin and customer add-on management are available.

Dates describe the public product change. Internal refactors, dependency maintenance, and routine fixes are intentionally not listed one by one.
