Abuse Policy

1. Reporting Abuse: UHL Hosting takes reports of abuse seriously. If you encounter any illegal activity, copyright infringement, spam, or malicious behavior originating from our network, please contact abuse@uhlhosting.ch.

2. Investigation: Upon receiving an abuse report, our team will investigate the issue promptly. We may request additional evidence to verify the claim.

3. Actions Taken: If abuse is confirmed, UHL Hosting will take appropriate action, which may include issuing a warning, removing the offending content, or suspending/terminating the customer's account.

4. Cooperation with Authorities: We fully cooperate with Swiss law enforcement agencies regarding investigations of illegal activities hosted on our network.

5. False Reports: Submitting knowingly false abuse reports may result in legal action or being blocked from contacting our abuse team.
