Domain Terms

1. Registration: UHL Hosting acts as a reseller for domain name registrations. By registering a domain, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective domain registry (e.g., SWITCH for .ch domains, ICANN for generic TLDs).

2. Renewals: Domain names must be renewed prior to their expiration date. UHL Hosting will attempt to notify you, but the ultimate responsibility for renewal rests with the customer.

3. Transfers: You may transfer your domain away from UHL Hosting provided all outstanding fees are paid. We do not charge an exit fee for domain transfers.

4. Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date WHOIS contact information for all registered domains.

5. Dispute Resolution: Domain disputes are handled in accordance with the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) or the equivalent policy for the specific top-level domain.
