Plans are annual and prepaid. Renewal is customer-initiated: we notify you before the term ends and you complete a new payment - nothing charges automatically.
What happens at the end of a term?
Cancellation, renewal, and data retention are confirmed in the contract before payment. No retention or immediate-deletion promise applies until those terms are agreed.
Can you migrate an existing Medusa project?
Yes - the Medusa Migration engagement covers data, environment, and cutover planning, and lands your stack on a managed plan.
