Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations: Hosting plans are annual and prepaid, and renewal is customer-initiated - nothing charges automatically. Cancelling stops the next renewal rather than terminating mid-term, and the service runs to the end of the paid period. The cancellation action appears in your account when the renewal window opens.

2. Refunds for Hosting Services: New hosting plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the service is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of the plan starting and we refund the term in full. After that the prepaid term runs to its end, which is what cancellation stops renewing.

3. Non-Refundable Items: Domain registrations and renewals, and SSL certificates, are non-refundable - they are paid to a registry or issuing authority the moment they are ordered and cannot be returned. Completed professional services are non-refundable; work not yet delivered is refundable pro rata.

4. Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Abuse: Accounts terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service are not eligible for any refund.
