Terms of Service

1. Scope of Application: These Terms of Service govern the relationship between UHL-Services, Stephan UHL (hereinafter "UHL Hosting") and the customer regarding the use of managed hosting, domain registration, and related services.

2. Services Provided: UHL Hosting provides a hosting environment, backups, security updates, and technical support. The scope of each is defined in the offer for the selected plan. No uptime figure or service level agreement is published; where one is agreed it forms part of a written offer rather than these terms.

3. Fees and Payment: Fees are charged based on the selected plan. Payments are made in advance by card through our payment provider. Invoices are due upon receipt.

4. Customer Obligations: The customer is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. The customer agrees not to use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Termination does not relieve the customer of the obligation to pay any outstanding fees.

6. Limitation of Liability: UHL Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the services.

7. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Zurich, Switzerland.
