3. Resource Usage: Customers must not excessively consume system resources, including CPU, RAM, and bandwidth, in a way that impacts the performance of other users.

4. Spam and Email: The transmission of unsolicited bulk email (spam) is strictly prohibited. Customers must comply with all applicable anti-spam laws.

5. Enforcement: UHL Hosting reserves the right to investigate violations of this policy and may suspend or terminate services without notice for severe infractions.
